These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of StreamHub (the "Site"), including any content, features, and services we make available. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Site. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement under the laws of the United States and your state of residence.

We do not knowingly permit access by anyone under 18. If we become aware that an account belongs to a minor, we will suspend or terminate it. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising and restricting minors' access to internet-connected devices and content.

2. Accounts

Some features require registration. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Each person may maintain one account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, are used to violate these Terms, or are used for any unlawful purpose.

We do not pre-screen all content and are not responsible for content posted by users. We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to review, remove, or restrict access to any content at our discretion.

5. Zero Tolerance for Content Involving Minors

We have a strict, zero-tolerance policy toward any content that sexualizes or otherwise exploits minors. Any such content will be removed immediately, the associated account will be terminated, and the matter will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or appropriate law enforcement authorities as required by law.

6. Copyright (DMCA)

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice identifying the copyrighted work, the material you believe is infringing, and your contact information, consistent with the notice requirements of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). We will review valid notices and remove or disable access to infringing material as appropriate, and may terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

7. Third-Party Links and Advertising

The Site may display advertisements or links to third-party websites that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site. Interacting with a third-party link or advertisement is at your own risk, and we encourage you to review that party's own terms and privacy practices before proceeding.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StreamHub and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed the amount, if any, you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless StreamHub and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may stop using the Site and request account deletion at any time.

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, except where prohibited by law, and except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court where eligible.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
